A two-day Mental Health First Aid Course

This two-day ‘Highway To Well’ course will give you recognised Certification in Mental Health First Aid.

This course will help you to

  • Improve your understanding of mental health illnesses

  • Grow your knowledge of mental health first aid strategies

  • be confident supporting someone experiencing a mental illness or crisis

9 am to 4 pm on both days
